Important information about Web Browsers and the AAMI Marketplace.
The AAMI Marketplace works best with the most recent versions of both Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.

The AAMI Marketplace and Cookies. Make sure your browser has cookies enabled. The AAMI Marketplace site uses cookies to facilitate the visitor’s ongoing access to and use of the site, especially with regards to your shopping cart. If you don't have cookies turned on, this site may not work for you!

  • Microsoft's Internet Explorer (5.0+) settings may be adjusted by choosing Tools and Internet Options from the menu bar, then choosing the Security, then Custom Level... links and enabling the cookie options.
  • Netscape Navigator (4.0+) settings may be adjusted by choosing Edit and Preferences, then choosing Advanced options. Here you should see options for enabling cookies. Visitors should be aware that non-personal information and data may be automatically collected through the use of cookies. Cookies are not programs that come onto a visitor’s system and damage files. Generally, cookies work by assigning a unique number to the visitor that has no meaning outside the assigning site. If a visitor does not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows the visitor to deny or accept the cookie feature. I'm an AAMI Member, do I have to create an account?
No. Your membership information is already in our database, therefore, you already have an account. Just use the Login function on the navigation bar or click here.

I'm a current AAMI Member, previous member or former customer, how do I login?
Navigate to the Login function on the navigation bar or click here. Use your Member #ID as the Login and your Last Name as the Password. If you have changed or forgotten your login/password, click here to reset your password right now.

I'm not an AAMI Member or previous customer, how do I login?
If you are not an AAMI Member and have never created an account with us, you will need to do so in order to purchase products.Click here to create an account right now.

If you provided us with a current e-mail address, we can send you your login and password. Click here to have your login/password e-mailed to you.

How do I change my login and password?
Once you have logged in as an AAMI Member or a registered user of the AAMI Marketplace you will see a Change Login/Password link under Account Management. You can then proceed to change your login and password. Be sure to click Submit when you are done.

How do I update my information on file with AAMI?
Once you have logged in as an AAMI Member or registered user of the AAMI Marketplace you will see an Update Account link under Account Management.   After you have selected Update Account, you will be presented with these options: edit, activities, and more information. Beneath these choices you will see a form pre-filled with your current contact information. Select "Edit," and simply make the necessary updates. Be sure to click Submit when you are done. NOTE: fields with asterisks indicate that information is required to maintain your AAMI account.  If you click Reset, all the fields where you have entered new data will be cleared.

I cannot access the Member Search.

Ordering Products from the AAMI Marketplace

What are the AAMI Marketplace's hours of operation? The AAMI Marketplace features shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year — barring unexpected network, software or hardware failure. The orders are fulfilled during normal business work days and hours. The AAMI Marketplace fulfillment team is available live on the phone: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST by calling 1-877-249-8226.

How do I place an order online? Ordering at the AAMI Marketplace is easy and secure:

  1. To add a product to your cart, click the Add To Cart button on any title's detail page.
  2. When you have all the items you want in your cart, simply click the Purchase button.
  3. If you have not already, you'll be asked to log in with your AAMI Member or AAMI Store ID, and then your individual password. If you have not shopped with us before, you'll be asked to Setup an Account. Please be aware, if you shop and place items in your cart and then proceed to Set Up an account, the items in your cart will not be saved. You will need to return to the Online Store and re-select those items.
  4. You will then be asked to fill in your shipping information. Once complete click on the total button. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address the shipping address will not show up on the screen, however, the AAMI Marketplace will see the shipping address. International orders use the generic state code XX in the state field.
  5. Next, you'll be presented with the Total Merchandise Price of your order, plus the basic shipping charge, state tax if applicable and rush charges. Fill out the final purchase approval with your credit card information and click the Purchase button.
  6. Your purchase confirmation will appear along with your order number. Simply click you order number to get your receipt. Please print your receipts for your records and for referencing.
  7. Your order is complete!

I would prefer not to use my credit card online, what other options do I have? Ordering Online with a credit card is as secure, if not more so than ordering products over the phone. The entire AAMI Marketplace is protected via secure SSL. However, we will gladly accept orders over the phone at 1-877-249-8226 or via fax at 1-204-396-5781. International customers please call 1-240-646-7031

How do I find the products I want?The AAMI Marketplace product search function can help you locate the products you'd like to purchase or to get more information about these products. You can search by title, description, or product code.  Simply click Browse Products on the left navigation bar.

How can I get more details on a product? When you perform a product search and click on a title from the results, you'll be taken to a product detail page that contains the following information: A picture of the product (if available); Product Title; List Price and Member Price. You can click on More Information to see the following information: Item, Document Type, Abstract, Format, Publication Date, Availability, Order Notes, Category, Subcategory, Activity, Keywords, Staff Contact, Project Type, Project Status, Document Status, Ballot Committee, Committee Author, and TAG.

What is a Shopping Cart? The Shopping Cart is where the products you have chosen to purchase are stored. When you locate a product that interests you, simply click the Add to Cart button on the detail page of that title. This will add the product to the list of products you wish to purchase. To view the list of items in you basket at any given moment, simply click Cart in the left-hand navigation column. When you have finished adding items to your list and are ready to complete your purchase, click the Purchase button.

How do I remove something from my shopping cart? If you wish to remove an item from your cart, click the RED circle to the right of your cart or simply click the Empty cart button. Your cart will refresh automatically.

How do I change a quantity of an item in my shopping cart? If you need to change quantities of items in your cart, simply type the correct number in the QTY field of the appropriate item, then click the Update Cart button. NOTE: You must click Update Basket or the number you type in will not be saved.

I have a discount coupon, how can I use it? We are currently unable to honor coupons online/electronically. If you have a coupon that you would like to redeem we ask that you download this order form and use it to make your purchases:

How are international orders processed? International orders are welcome. Please follow the instructions for placing an order online - click here. When you fill in your shipping information be sure to include your postal code.

How is shipping handled? Please do not use P.O. Box numbers in your shipping instructions. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following Monday or the next business day. All orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified. Are AAMI product purchases guaranteed? How can I view my order/purchase history? The AAMI Marketplace will keep a record of all the orders you place. If at any time you wish to view this information, simply click Update Account under the Account Management heading in the left navigation bar. You will need to be logged in for this to appear. Once you choose Update Account, you will be presented with these options: edit, activities, and more information. Click Activities. The next screen you see will list DUES (if you are logged in as an AAMI Member) and ORDER. Click ORDER and your account history will appear. Click on the date of your order and your purchase will appear.

What if an item I wish to purchase is Out of Stock or Out of Print? If you view the detail page for an AAMI product that is temporarily Out of Stock or currently Out of Print, the item will be marked as such. If you click add to cart, you will be asked to call AAMI Publications at 1-877-249-8226 or 1-240-646-7031 for further information on this product.

How can I obtain photocopy permission for products?AAMI observes all copyright laws.  No part of our products may be reproduced, recorded, stored in a retrieval system, transmitted in any form by any means, electronic or mechanical, or otherwise copied without prior permission of the publisher.  For copyright permission, please contact the AAMI Communications Department.

How can I renew my membership?Contact the AAMI Membership Department at (800) 332-2264 x214 to renew by telephone or send your payment to AAMI Membership Services, 4301 N. Fairfax Drive, Suite 301, Arlington VA 22203-1633.   You can also renew online at marketplace.aami.org by logging into your account and selecting the menu item to renew your membership.

How can I search the Membership Directory? The Membership Directory feature is only available to AAMI Members. If you have not already, please log in to the AAMI Marketplace as an AAMI Member. Under the Membership heading to the left you will see Member Directory. You can also click here to go to the main Membership page which links to the Member Directory.

How can I update my membership or customer information? As a non-member of AAMI or ICC Certification holder, the contact information you submit when you open your AAMI account is stored for access and billing purposes. For AAMI Members, the information you see under your account is what is currently on file for you. If at any time you wish to view or update this information, simply login and click Update Member Record on the left navigation bar under the Membership heading.
